The CtrlCrossTalkID plugin enables InDesign users to manage the CrossTalk workflow and makes collaboration between InDesign and InCopy users transparent. It refines the initial InCopy workflow to better suit publishers, agencies, in-house production and other collaborative workgroups.
With CtrlCrossTalkID, InDesign users can lock stories to prevent an InCopy user from modifying approved texts while still allowing access to other texts in the same file — or disable the CrossTalk workflow entirely once a document reaches its final stage.
